Therapy Intake Session

Service Description

This session involves gathering background information, presenting problems, establishing goodness of fit for therapist-client relationship. It also is used to review consent forms, policy & procedure, confidentiality and time for the client to ask questions about the service being provided. Therapist-client relationship is not established until both agree to enter into the relationship and informed consent has been obtained.
